Terms and conditions

Club Membership Terms and Conditions:

  • The customer will be billed the day that they sign up for the Unlimited Club Membership. Legacy Express Wash will continue to auto-draft the payment monthly, on the anniversary date of purchase.
  • Sales tax will be applied to Unlimited Club Memberships.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused months.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused days if the membership is canceled during an active billing cycle.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel their Unlimited Club Membership, they must notify the wash or cancel it on the secure online portal. Membership cancelation must be completed 7 days prior to the billing date to avoid being charged for one additional month.
  • If any information (billing, contact, email, new license plate, or new vehicle) changes the customer must contact the wash or update their information on the secure online portal. If this is not completed, then the account may be deactivated.
  • The customer may only use their Unlimited Club Membership on the vehicle that it was purchased for, but they can easily add plans to their other vehicles. Please see Family Plan Pricing.
  • No more than 3 vehicles are allowed on the Family Plan. Each vehicle must be enrolled with the same credit card.
  • Unlimited Club Memberships are not intended for fleet vehicles. Please contact the wash for information regarding our Fleet Program.
  • Legacy Express Wash will not be held accountable if the car wash closes early due to inclement weather or does not open for any other reason.
  • Legacy Express Wash is not liable for damages. This includes the following items: non-original equipment manufactured parts, non-operating power antennas, automatic windshield wipers that are left on, electronic running boards that are left down, windshields or bug shields, loose molding/racks/antennas, after-market wheels, new flaking paint / chrome, unsecured personal items, pre-existing damage, or driver negligence.
  • Legacy Express Wash reserves the right to terminate the customer’s Unlimited Club Membership for any reason without notice or liability.
  • Legacy Express Wash reserves the right to change the Unlimited Club Plans as well as the fee schedule if necessary.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Fleet and Dealership Program Terms and Conditions:

  • A fleet vehicle must have a tax identification number or employer identification number to qualify for the program.
  • Fleet and Dealership Program is not unlimited. Wash passes will be sold at a discounted rate.
  • A credit card is required to enroll, and will be re-charged when wash passes are consumed. When the credit card is charged, and wash passes are renewed, an emailed receipt will be sent.
  • Legacy Express Wash will not be held accountable if the car wash closes early due to inclement weather or does not open for any other reason.
  • Legacy Express Wash is not liable for damages.
